To see a doctor
Call us on 020 7467 6800 or visit us to book an appointment. These are available 9.00-12.10 in the morning or 2.30 to 5.20 in the afternoon. Appointments are usually for 10 minutes but if you need more time you can request a double appointment.
If you are registered for online services then you can make an appointment by clicking the “Book an Appointment” icon above. To access this service a PIN number needs to obtained from reception. A valid identification document will need to be shown before this can be issued. Apps for mobile smartphones using Android and IOS are available from the Emis Access website.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel it in advance so that it can be given to someone else.
If you are unwell and cannot wait for an appointment, there is a same day appointment clinic for quick or urgent problems every morning 10.00 to 11.00. If this is busy you may need to wait.
Evenings and Weekends
If it is difficult to book an appointment to see a GP during normal practice hours because of work commitments or school or if there is no convenient availability then an appointment can be booked for evenings or weekends. These are not at the practice but at designated hubs in Camden. This is suitable for non-urgent consultations for routine appointments for non-complex problems. Although patients with chronic ongoing problems can be seen they benefit from continuity of care and so are encouraged to book an appointment to see their regular GP.
When we are closed
If you have an urgent problem that cannot wait then you can call NHS 111 before 8.00 or after 18.30 on weekdays, and at any time at weekends or bank holidays. However, in the period just before we open (8.00 to 9.00) and just after we are shut (17.30 to 18.30) please call Care UK on 0207 380 5800.
