We are happy to announce our Primary Care Network (consisting of Brondesbury Medical Centre and Gower Street Practice) has been selected as one of the National Primary care PCN demonstrator pilot sites. The pilot will test new ways of working to help general practice offer a better service to patients.
There was fierce competition for this project but our previous successes in introducing total triage and improving continuity of care have helped us achieve a successful bid.
This funded project over the next 3 years will involve working closely with an NHS England Team to trial and implement various funded innovative interventions aimed at improving the health and quality of care for our patients.
