The Practice is open as normal on all the days that are not holidays. There will are walk-in clinics between 10 and 11 as usual on Thursday 27th, Friday 28th and Monday 31st of December. When we are shut you can ring NHS 111 if the problem cannot wait till we open again. Appointments may be available at a Camden GP Hub.
Meningitis can kill very quickly. Teenagers and young adults have a higher risk of meningoccal W disease. MenACWY vaccine protects against four meningococcal groups. All new university entrants up to 25 years old are eligible for the MenACWY vaccine. If you have not had this immunisation then you book an appointment to see the practice nurse. There is no charge for this.
For those patients that are eligible for flu immunisation please arrange an appointment with the practice nurse.
Appointments are now available at GP “hubs” that have recently been established in Camden. If you have difficulty attending the practice during normal working hours for an appointment you can book one in the evenings and at weekends to be seen at a local hub. If you have a long-term ongoing complex problem then although you can still be seen you will be encouraged to attend your regular doctor for continuity of care.
